Logo design that serves as a symbol reflecting the qualitative municipal tourist product, namely the geographical, historical, spiritual, natural, cultural value and quality of Agios Nikolaos. Our intention was to project the image of the Municipality of Agios Nikolaos as an attractive destination in the domestic and international market.
Aiming at conveying most of the requirements of the brief:
- Nature and religious tourism (nature – villages – temples)
- Gastronomic tourism and tradition
- Civilization (history of the area with reference to archeological sites)
- Wedding tourism
- Luxury tourism
- Active tourism (scuba diving, sailing, climbing etc.)
- Event tourism (conventions, festivals, sports etc.)
We came to the conclusion that this area offers different experiences for all tastes and classes. And what is experience? Experience is moments in life each one of us retains in mind and heart and connects them with specific actions.
Therefore we designed a frame inside which every visitor – whether comes or goes from Agios Nikolaos – can see himself, his friends and family. We want this frame to “welcome and preserve” all the experiences a visitor has gained by staying at Agios Nikolaos! This frame is structured in an almost austere geometric shape, which at the same time is shaped by free and almost seemingly naive lines, at the sides of which appear elements inextricably linked with the area, such as:

D. The bell tower of St Nikolas church
E. The sun / summer / Greece – holidays
